It’s giving me perspective.

Since my mother died in 2022, I haven’t been as thankful, grateful, or positive as I once was. I was having a hard time trying to find anything to be thankful for. The Thankfulness Journal has made me sit down and think about what I am thankful for. I struggled with the first couple of entries, but it is getting easier. I have had to focus on the many positive things in my life, instead of focusing on the grief I am dealing with. I am so thankful for this journal for giving me perspective.
